About Me

I was born and raised in Midland TX and couldn't wait to get out. After getting a taste of the big city life I ended up back in my home town. I married my wonderful husband Eric in March of 2006 and come September 11th our little Angel Cole was born. Life changed in an instant and I couldn't imagine life with out my boys. Eric is the most amazing father, my rock and ever quiet support and Cole is the joy of my life.I never knew that one person could bring so much unconditional love. They make me who I am today and because of that I am forever grateful

He wants to WOW us!

It amazes me how God continues to speak to me. I was having a conversation with my friend Sommer the other day about Eric and my difficulty with getting pregnant. We are now to the point of an appointment with a Fertility specialist and I was talking with her how lately it seems like everyone around is having trouble with getting pregnant or having troubled pregnancies when normally everytime you turn around you are wondering "what's in the water" because some has come up pregnant. With this going on it always tweaks my interest as to what HIS plan is for me and for those friends of mine who have had problems. While the answer may not be in plain site as we would like it to be I am reminded from an I received today that his plan is always for our good even though at the moment it may not seem like it. He is doing it for our good and at the right moment so we can be blown away by Him.

Did you know that God can use a single moment to transform your life for the better? God is always working, even when we have no idea what He's doing. He loves to bless us with His amazing, awe-inspiring goodness, even when we least expect it or when things don't seem to be going the right way. Romans 8:28 is a popular verse but never gets old. To me, it's one of the most encouraging verses in the entire Bible. "And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them" (NLT). I love the word "everything" in this verse. We tend to think of bad things and difficult seasons, but "everything" includes more. It includes the good things as well as the things that we are indifferent about. God takes all of those things and works them out for our good. He wants you to be the kind of person who thinks about His promises all the time, who believes the best, and who keeps hoping when others just give up. If you live this way, I believe you'll be amazed at how God works in your life. You'll experience His favor in what I call a "God-ordained moment." A God-ordained moment is an incredible, supernatural event that God's been setting up, working behind the scenes so that you can experience His goodness at just the right time. These God-ordained moments don't come on our schedule, but when they come, all we can say is: "Wow!"
